Hallo, ich suche dringend einen Nachmieter/eine Nachmieterin bis Ende Februar für mein WG-Zimmer. Es ist sehr gross und hat einen geräumigen Wandschrank, es gibt ein kleines Bad und eine Küche, ausserdem noch einen Keller mit viel Abstellplatz und einen Balkon. Internet und Telefon flat (2000 DSL / Festn. zu Festn.)ist auch vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen Kabelanschluss der im moment nicht angemeldet ist. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, trotzdem in ruhiger Lage. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in
3 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen (Linie 11 zur FH),eine weitere Haltestelle bei einem Supermarkt in 5 Minuten und etwa 15 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof. Wenn Ihr zu zweit seit wäre auch das zweite Zimmer u.U. kurzfristig frei. Das die selbe größendimension besitzt.
