It's a 14m2 renovated room with two windows. It gets a lot of natural light. It has a bed, table, chair, a closet, and a shelf. You can rent the room for August and September, or for the whole year until September 2024. The furniture is included for 20 euros per month. You can also bring your own furniture if you want.
The house has a separate shower and toilet area. The kitchen has utensils, toaster, a kettle and an oven. There is a central dining room and there is also a conservatory. You can also sit in the garden downstairs. There are other student apartments in the building. There is also a garage for bikes and a washing machine + dryer which can be used free of cost.
Das Zimmer ist 14m2 und wurde, genauso wie die ganze Wohnung, letztes Jahr renoviert. Es hat zwei Zimmer und viel natürliches Licht. Ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Schrank und Regal können für 20 pro Monat übernommen werden, aber es können sonst auch eigene Möbel mitgebracht werden.
Das Zimmer ist zur Zwischenmiete vom 01.08 bis 30.09. gedacht, kann aber nach Absprache auch länger vermietet werden.
Im Haus leben bis jetzt 2 WGs, eine Wohnung wird momentan noch renoviert. Die Wohnung mit diesem Zimmer hat eine Toillete und ein Badezimmer, eine Küche, ausgestatten mit Ofen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle, und allen möglichen Gegenständen, die man sonst brauchen könnte. Im Flur steht außerdem ein großer Tisch, an dem man Essen kann. Der Garten sowie ein Wintergarten, im gleichen Stockwerk wie die Wohnung, können mitgenutzt werden. Im ganzen Haus wohnen nut Studenten. Die Miete beträgt 480 Euro warm (inkl. der Möbel). Es gibt eine Garage, inder man seine Fahrräder abstellen kann, und eine Waschmaschine, die das ganze Haus kostenlos benutzen kann.
The house is five minutes from a 24 hour Rewe. In about one minute you can reach a bus stop which is well connected to the train station. By foot, the train station is 15 minutes and by bus it is around 5 minutes. In about five minutes by foot you can be in the old town. There is also a small park outside the building. There are many bakeries and shops around the house.
Das Haus ist 5min Laufweg von einem großen Rewe entfernt. Mehrere Bushaltestellen sind max. 2 min entfernt, und mit dem Bus braucht man ca. 5min zum Bahnhof. Zu Fuß wären es 15 bis 20 Minuten. In 5min ist man auch in der Innenstadt mit vielen Shopping-Möglichkeiten und Cafes, sowie die Markhalle, direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Direkt neben dem Haus ist außerdem ein kleiner Park.
It's a student environment. Everyone speaks English so it is open to foreigners. Some are studying in University of Reutlingen and some are at the University of Tübingen. It's a friendly environment in general. We don't have many planned activities together but we are open to it.
Wir sind eine Studenten-WG, mit Studenten von der Hochschule in Reutlingen und der Universität in Tübingen. Jeder spricht Englisch. Das WG-Leben ist eher ruhig. Bis jetzt ist meistens jeder für sich, bis auf die üblichen Gespräche in der Küche, aber alle sind offen für Vorschläge.
