Das Zimmer kann ich dir, je nach Bedarf möbliert oder unmöbeliert überlassen.
Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß 20m²+.
Es ist in einer 8ter WG, mit einem sehr guten, freundschaftlichen WG-Klima.
Die WG liegt zentral:
Bushaltestelle - vor dem Haus
FH/PH - 20-25min zu Fuß
Rewe/Sparkasse - 2min
Innenstadt - 6min
Die WG zieht sich durch das gesammte Haus.
Es gibt:
-Keller
-Balkon
-Wintergarten
-einen etwas verwilderten Garten :)
-Bad
-WC
-2 Küchen
-Speicher(zum Abstellen)
In der WG wohnt außerdem unsere sehr beliebte Hauskatze.
