Das Zimmer hat 15 m² und 2 große Fenster und ist somit total hell. Ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch, und ein Regal wären gegen eine kleine Ablöse (machen wir uns dann einfach aus) zu übernehmen.
Falls die Möbel aber nicht übernommen werden wollen, ist das auch kein Problem.
Die Lage ist zentral, zu Fuß läuft man ca. 7 min in die Innenstadt, es ist sehr ruhig, keine stark befahrenen Straßen und die Pomologie ist gleich ums Eck. Zur FH fährt man mit dem Rad keine 10 min.
Eine Bushaltestelle ist zu Fuß in etwa 3-5 min zu erreichen.
In der WG leben noch 2 sehr nette Mädels, die auch an der HS studieren.
Die beiden werden aber voraussichtlich Ende Juli/ Ende August auch ausziehen, also ist die Wohnung auch für ne WG-Neugründung geeignet.
Haustiere sind leider keine erlaubt.
Im Keller gibt es noch einen Abstellraum.
