The apartment also has a beautiful roof terrace with a fantastic view of the Alb panorama and a charcoal grill, as well as lounge furniture and a garden table with chairs.
A dining room with fully glazed front to the roof terrace with dining table and four chairs as well as a kitchen with ceramic hob, convection oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and cutleries, plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans are also included.
The bathroom has both shower cabin and a bath tub.
Last but not least, the hallway and a storage room includes a washing machine with dryer function.
