Das Zimmer ist 30 qm groß und im Dachgeschoss. Durch den seperaten Eingang, hat man eine eigene Maisonette-Wohnung. Küche und Bad sind jedoch in der WG, die man durch den Eingang gleich neben an betreten kann. Durch die 7 fenster die zu jeder Himmelsrichtung ausgerichtet sind, hat man es den ganzen Tag hell. Das Zimmer selbst hat einen Eingangsbereich in dem Kommoden und Kleiderstangen, sowie der eigene Kühlschrank unter gebracht sind. Geht man die Treppe hoch hat man einen sehr großen, offenen Raum mit eigenem Wohnbereich, „Büro“ und einer Schlafecke in der das Bett untergracht ist.
The room is 30 square meters and is in the attic. Because of the separate entrance you have your own maisonette apartment. However, the kitchen and bathroom are in the shared apartment, which you can enter through the entrance right next door. The 7 windows, which face every direction, make it bright all day long. The room itself has an entrance area in which chests of drawers and clothes rails, as well as your own refrigerator, are housed. If you go up the stairs you have a very large, open room with your own living area, “office” and a sleeping area where the bed is stored.
Die Lage ist in der Wetsstadt, also sehr Zentral. Die Öffies sind gleich vor der Haustür. Der Westbahnhof sowie die Bushaltestellen sind in weniger als einer Minute zu fuß zu erreichen. Von hier aus kann man nach Tübingen in 10 Minuten mit dem Zug gelangen. Die Hochschule kann per Bus bequem in 10 Minuten erreicht werden oder 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Zu Fuß gelangt man in innerhalb von 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie der E-center und Lidl sind zu Fuß in 8 Minuten und mit fahrrad in 3 zu erreichen. Außerdem ist ein kleiner Griechischer Feinkostladen direkt nebenan.
The location is in the Weststadt, so very central. The public transport is very close. The Westbahnhof train station and the bus stops can be reached on foot in less than a minute. From here you can get to Tübingen in 10 minutes by train. The university can be easily reached by bus in 10 minutes or 20 minutes by bike. You can walk to the city center in 10 minutes. Shops such as the E-center and Lidl can be reached on foot in 8 minutes and by bike in 3. There is also a small Greek store right next door.
Das WG-leben ist recht entspannt. Deine Mitbewohner sind Badea und Philipp. Badea ist Hauptmieterin und macht gerade Ihren Master an der Hochschule in Reutlingen. Sie wird vermutlich im September ausziehen. Philipp ist am längsten in der WG, von ihm bekommt man aber nicht viel mit.
The living situation is wuite relaxed. Your roommates are Badea and Philipp. Badea is the main tenant and is currently doing her master's degree at the university in Reutlingen. She will probably move out in September. Philipp has been in the shared apartment the longest, but you don't see much of him.
Das Zimmer kommt bereits Möbiliert. Die Möbel müssen mir dann Abgenommen werden. Zur Übernahme steht ein Bett, Schreibtisch, 3 Kommoden, ein Schlafsofa und nach Absprache einen Nachttisch. Es werden nur Leute in Betracht gezogen die sich für eine Übernahme sämtlicher Möbel bereit erklären.

The room comes already furnished. Therefore I demand a purchase of €400 for all the furniture. There is a bed, desk, 3 chests of drawers, a sofa bed and, by arrangement, a bedside table available. Only people who agree to take over all the furniture will be considered.
