Hallo!!
Ich bin 34 Jahre alt, berufstätig, trinke gerne Kaffee oder auch mal einen Wein, koche gern und wurschtel viel im Garten. Ich bin zwar nicht für eine Party-WG geeignet, aber für ein ruhigeres WG-Leben ganz gut zu haben. Eigentlich ist es ein bisschen so, als ob ich in meiner Wohnung ein Zimmer untervermiete, da sie nicht wirkich gut für eine WG geschnitten ist. Für einen alleine ist sie aber viel zu groß (74m²) und ein bisschen mehr Leben täte der Wohnung wirklich gut.
Dein Zimmer ist 18m² groß, hat einen Laminatboden und ist sehr hell. In der Küche ist alles da, was man so braucht (Kühlschrank, Geschirr, mini-Tisch und 2 Stühle,...). Eine Waschmaschiene zur Mitbenutzung und eine Internetflat gibts auch.
Die Wohnung liegt recht zentral (15 Min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, Bushaltestelle in der Straße, Schnellstraße ri. Metzingen ist gleich ums Eck) und dennoch ruhig. Der Einzugstermin ist flexibel.
