The room is part of an independent single family house. The ground floor (at street level) of the house has a cellar, with washing machine connection and lines to dry the clothes. The first floor has the living/dining room, a spacious kitchen, guest toilet, small study room and a balcony. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, a walk-in shower room with toilet and a small lobby area outside the bedrooms that can be used as workspace. I live alone and since the house is too big for a single person, I would like to sublet the second bedroom. I am a very quiet person and I don’t smoke. I am a software developer by profession and I go to work in Tü from 8 to 18 during the weekdays and during the weekends, I visit my boyfriend outside Betzingen.
The person I sublet the room to is welcome to use all the rooms of the house (of course besides my bedroom) and may smoke on the balcony or terrace.
The house is located right across Lidl. There are several Bakeries, Pharmacies, Banks and a restaurant at walking distance. Bus stop is a minute away by foot and the Betzingen train station is approximately 7 minutes away by foot.
There is a nice walking/jogging path couple of minutes away along the Echaz river.
The room may also be rented to a couple. The costs will vary.
