Hallo du,
Ich werde Ende April hier ausziehen da ich mit meiener Masterarbeit fertig bin. Dafür suche ich ab dem 01 Mai ein Nachmieter/Nachmieterin.
Das Zimmer ist 8qm groß hat ein großes Fenster und liegt im Stock. Die 3Wg besitzt ein Bad, ein seperates Klo und eine Küche. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine und ein Raum zum Wäsche aufhängen.
Das Zimmer kostet 230€ im Monat. Hier sind schon alle Nebenkosten mit abgedeckt. Das Zimmer ist außerdem schon möbilert (Bett und Schreibtisch).
Die WG hat eine sehr gute Lage. Du bist in 19 Gehminuten an der Hochschule oder in der Innenstadt. Gleich ums Eck gibt es ein Edeka und in 6 min bist du beim Penny. Außerdem bist du sehr schnell auf den Feldern. Dort kann man sehr gut joggen oder spazieren gehen.
Du wirst mit Svea und Dalila zusammen wohnen. Svea ist erst vor kurzem eingezogen. Sie ist 21 Jahre alt. Studiert angewandte Chemie an der Hichschule in Reutlingen. Ihre Hobbys sind Pfadfindern, lesen und schwimmen.
Dalila arbeitet in einem Friseursalon, sie wird aber auch bald ausziehen. Daher werdet ihr dann noch eine neue Mitbewohner/in bekommen.
