Das Zimmer ist lichtdurchflutet dank großer Gaubenfenster. Die Wohnung hat weiterhin ein Bad mit Wanne, mein Zimmerchen und ne riesige Wohnküche.
Im Keller gibts ne Waschmaschine und zusätzlichen Stauraum. Zur Wohnung gehört ne Garage in der derzeit Nachbarn Sachen einlagern, die du, so du ein Auto hast natürlich nutzen solltest/kannst/darfst.
In 3 Minuten ist man beim Bäcker und Hofladen, in 10 Minuten beim Edeka mit Metzger und dem zweiten Bäcker. In 15 Minuten ist man an der S-Bahn. Dort ist dann auch Bank,Arzt und alles Weitere.
Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss. Du hast an einer Wand Schrägen. Wenn du es siehst, merkst aber schnell, dass die 18m3 ohne Schrägen gerechnet sind.
Ich bin Erzieher knapp 30, in ner Wohngruppe tätig . Inklusive Schichtdienst. Ich schau gerne Filme, zocke, labere, koche und bewirte gerne Freunde.
Umgänglich, dauerhaft gut gelaunt, verrückt, Musiker.
Im Moment alleinwohnend seit 8 Monaten und festgestellt der Platz ist unnötig leer!
