Your room is on the first floor of the house and is approx. 11 m2. It is rented unfurnished, but there is a lofted bed frame (no mattress) available for you to use if you want. This means you can use all of the floor space for your other items like a desk or small couch.
The room Snares a large bathroom (separate shower and bathtub, toilet, two sinks) with the two other girls in the WG.
The common areas include the ground floor with a full kitchen including dishwasher and two fridges, living room with couch and TV, dining table and chairs, guest toilet, and private back garden with two picnic tables and a grill. There is also a basement with plenty of storage room as well as a laundry room with washing machine.
We are located in Röhrmoos. The S-Bahn S2 at the Röhrmoos station is a 15 minute walk from the house. It is 30 minutes on the S2 to go from Röhrmoos to Hauptbahnhof and 45 minutes (including transfer at Marienplatz) to get to the LMU at the Universität U-Bahn.
What we lack in proximity to the city centre we more than make up for with space and peace. Röhrmoos is a quiet and very safe area, and our house has enough space to feel at home rather than just a place to lay your head.
We are a friendly and social WG that enjoys spending time together while cooking or watching tv in the living room. You are welcome to join any time, but you will never be pressured. Bedrooms are private sanctuaries and if you are in your room you will never be bothered. If you feel like company, feel free to hang out on the couch or at the table downstairs and someone will probably join you shortly.
Friends are more than welcome to come over and hang out in the living room or basement multi-purpose room (or your bedroom of course). We just ask for a quick message in the group chat so everyone knows there will be someone over (so we put on pants).
The WG speaks English primarily, but everyone speaks at least some German.
