Hallo zusammen,
das Einfamilienhaus liegt in einer sehr schönen Ecke von Rösrath - Forsbach. Eine Bushaltestelle (423) ist fast vor der Haustür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind um die Ecke und der Königsforst ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit dem PKW ist man in ca. 10 Minuten in Bensberg und in Köln, es besteht eine gute Autobahnanbindung zur A3 und A4. Das Zimmer liegt auf der 1. Etage, ist vollmöbliert, ca. 16 qm groß und ab sofort frei. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 3 Zimmer und das Bad, das wir gemeinsam nutzen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich die Küche und das Gäste-WC. Parkmöglichkeiten sind auf der Straße ausreichend vorhanden. Unsere WG eignet sich für bis zu 3 Mitbewohnern oder -Bewohnerinnen. Am besten, Ihr schaut Euch alles einmal vor Ort an. Es wird Euch sicher gut gefallen. Und noch ein Wort zu mir: Ich bin 45 Jahre alt und arbeite im Sicherheitsdienst bei einer Bank in Bonn. Ich freue mich auf Eure Rückmeldung.
