Zwischenmiete ab Anfang Januar in kleiner Wohnung oder WG gesucht!

Hallo zusammen,

ich bin Merle, 28 Jahre alt und ich bin auf der Suche nach einem WG-Zimmer oder einem kleinen Studio in Rom, das ich zur Zwischenmiete hüten kann!

Ich komme aus Köln und werde meine Wahlstation im Rahmen des Jura-Referendariats bei der der Ständigen Vertretung bei den Internationalen Organisationen in Rom absolvieren.

Daher suche ich eine kleine Wohnung oder gerne auch ein WG-Zimmer in einer WG zur Zwischenmiete vom 10.01.2022 bis zum 31.03.2021. Ideal wäre natürlich der komplette Zeitraum, bin aber sowohl was den Zeitraum als auch die genaue Lage der Wohnung angeht flexibel. Da ich jedoch täglich bei der Arbeit antanzen muss, wäre es klasse, wenn der Anfahrtsweg nicht allzu lang ist, ich suche daher v.a. in den Vierteln rund um Roma Termini.

Wenn ihr euch also gerne die Anfragenflut sparen möchtet und lieber initiativ nach einer Zwischenmieterin für den oben genannten Zeitraum sucht, dann würde ich mich freuen, wenn ihr mir eine Nachricht schreibt!

Nur kurz zu mir: Ich werde wohl 4-5 Tage die Woche beim Auswärtigen Amt einem ganz normalen Arbeitsrhythmus nachgehen und daher viel außer Haus sein. Da ich die wilderen WG-Jahre schon hinter mir habe und in Köln mit meinem Freund zusammen wohne, schätze ich Ruhe und Sauberkeit in der Wohnung, weil es mir so mehr Raum gibt für persönliche Reflexion, Lesen, etc. Ihr könnt eure Wohnung/euer Zimmer also in guten Händen wissen. Andererseits habe ich auch Lust, Rom zu erkunden und bin auch offen, neue Menschen kennen zu lernen. Ansonsten bin ich Nichtraucherin, ich liebe kochen bzw. generell essen (v.a. indisch, mexikanisch, japanisch), weshalb ich hoffe meinen Plan, mich einmal quer durch Rom zu schmausen, auch trotz des Vollzeitjobs hoffentlich umsetzen kann! Weiterhin mache ich gerne Yoga und Pilates und interessiere mich sehr für Pflanzen (sofern du also welche haben solltest werde ich mich gerne um sie kümmern) und die südamerikanische Kultur/Literatur und Politik.

Hello everyone,

I'm Merle, 28 years old and I'm looking for a shared room or a small studio in Rome!

I'm from Cologne and I'm going to do my law internship at the Permanent Mission to the International Organizations in Rome.

Therefore, I am looking for a small apartment or also a room in a WG for temporary rent from 10.01.2022 to 31.03.2021. Of course, the complete period would be ideal, but I am flexible regarding the period as well as the exact location of the apartment. However, since I have to be at work every day, it would be great if the commute is not too long, so I'm looking mainly in the neighborhoods around Roma Termini.

Just briefly about me: I will be at the Foreign Office probably 4-5 days a week and therefore be away from home a lot. I appreciate quiet and cleanliness in the apartment, because it gives me more space for personal reflection, reading, etc. On the other hand, I also feel like exploring Rome and am also open to meeting new people. Apart from that I am a non-smoker, I love cooking and eating in general (especially Indian, Mexican, Japanese food), which is why I hope to be able to realize my plan to eat my way through Rome despite my full-time job! Furthermore I like to do yoga and pilates and am very interested in plants (so if you have any I will be happy to take care of them) and South American culture/literature and politics.
