Das Zimmer ist im 3. OG des Studentenwohnheims in der Westerndorferstraße 47D. Es hat einen Schrank, einen Tisch, ein Regal, ein Bett und natürlich eine Heizung. Es ist einfach gehalten. Man hat 4 steckdosen an allen Wänden.
Lage:
Wir sind direkt an der FH, 4 Minuten dauert es zu Fuß, wenn man es eilig hat schafft man es auch in 2 Minuten. Es sind genügend Parkplätze da, wenn es benötigt wird.
Die Küche ist sehr groß, wir haben 2 Couches. Die WG ist sehr nett und wir spielen auch manchmal Karten oder andere Spiele, aber das ist kein Muss, macht aber Spaß. Die zwei Toiletten sind belüftet, wie auch die Küche.
Grund:
Ich vermiete es für 2 Monate da ich selber umziehen muss im Oktober und andere Vermieter schon ab August/Juli vermieten und ich möchte nicht doppelt zahlen. Wäre super wenn sich etwas findet.
Am 30. September muss man ausziehen, da am 1. der neue Mieter die Schlüssel bekommt.
