Hallo,
ich wohne in einer super geschnittenen 2 Raumwohnung und nutze mein Wohnzimmer eigentlich kaum. Es ist voll möbliert. Ich würde mich über sympathische Gesellschaft freuen, vielleicht nicht mehrere Monate am Stück (da möchte man sich ja meist doch selbst einrichten) aber so 2-4 Tage die Woche, wäre schon schön. Wenn Interesse besteht, einfach mal melden.
Preis, Einrichtung und alles andere können wir dann persönlich besprechen. Ich bin total flexibel.
Es gibt einen schönen Garten mit Feuerstelle und Grill, der von allen Hausbewohnern genutzt werden kann.
Achtung:
ich habe momentan kein Internet.
Es wohnt eine sehr zurückhaltende Katze mit im Haushalt. Wenn du keine Allergie hast, wird sie dich nicht stören.
Es gibt immer Parkplätze vor der Haustür und bis zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Petridamm sind es 10 Min zu Fuß. Alternativ hätte ich auch noch ein zweites Fahrrad im Fahrradkeller.
