Ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin bzw. einen netten Mitbewohner für meine 65qm große 3-Raum-Wohnung. Das Zimmer wäre mit Couch bzw. Schlafcouch, einem kleinen Tisch und einem Sideboard ausgestattet. Der Rest der Wohnung ist komplett möbliert. Der Balkon ist voll verglast und 6qm groß, bietet also schön viel Platz. Das gilt auch für das über 20qm große Wohnzimmer, das ebenfalls zur gemeinsamen Nutzung dient. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich und nur 5min Fußweg entfernt, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nur 3min und ob mit Bahn oder Fahrrad-in 10-15min ist man im Stadtzentrum.
Ich selbst ziehe Ende des Jahres aus, da ich mit meinem Studium dann fertig bin. Es besteht die Möglichkeit die Wohnung komplett zu übernehmen.
