Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und einen Balkon. Die Wohnung wird aktuell noch bezogen und hat z.B. zu Zeitpunkt(9.2.24) noch keine Küche. Das Zimmer was noch frei ist hat genug Steckdosen, es ist genug platz um ein großes Bett und noch Kleiderschränke rein zustellen und hat ein Heizkörper unter dem Fenster.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Evershagen und hat eine Apotheke, Supermarkt und noch mehr in der nähe. Man braucht keine 5min bis zur Haltestelle, von der man dann die Möglichkeit zum Rest von Rostock zu kommen. Parken vor der Wohnung ist auch möglich es gibt öffentlich Parkplätze die von jedem genutzt werden können, abhängig von der Zeit findet man dort ein Parkplatz, hinter dem Gebäude gibt es auch noch ein Parkhaus(kostenpflichtig mietbar). Dazu kann man noch sagen das sie sich im 4.Stock befindet und keinen Aufzug hat, es gibt auch noch die Möglichkeit Dinge in denn Kelleranteil zu stellen oder das Fahrrad in denn Fahrradraum(meist aber voll).
Aktuell Mitbewohner bin nur ich selber(m. 18). Ich bin meisten in der Woche dort, bin am Wochenende aber meistens bei meinen Eltern.
Anforderung sind ein ausreichendes Einkommen und sonst selbstverständliche Dinge(z.B. Hilfe beim Haushalt, keine schlechten Absichten, ...)
Ich erkläre mich auch bereit dazu bei Einziehen zu helfen/ Möbel holen zu gehen.
