Hallo, geboten wird ein kleines Zimmer mit Fenster zum Innenhof in einer recht großen Wohnung in Evershagen, die Abmessungen sind etwa 2,25x3m, also recht klein, reicht jedoch für Bett und Tisch und theoretisch noch mehr, jedoch kann auch gerne Schrank, Tisch oder Ähnliches im Wohnzimmer aufgestellt werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im südlichen Teil von Evershagen, die Straßenbahnstation Bertolt-Brecht-Straße liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Ein Netto und Penny sind ca 200m entfernt nebenan, außerdem auch ein Döner- und Asiabistro.
Ich bin eher ruhig und entspannt und bin offen dafür, was sich als WG-Leben ergibt. Wichtig ist mir offener und ehrlicher Umgang miteinader. Alles weitere kann besprochen werden, wenn es soweit ist.
Die Wohnung gesamt ist knapp 57m² groß, es gibt ein ordentliches, eingerichtetes Bad und eine volle Küche mit allem, was man braucht (Herd, Backofen, Spüle, Mikrowelle, Toaster, ...) Keine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine (Waschmaschinenanschluss im Bad falls erwünscht).
Die monatlichen Kosten enthalten alles was an Kosten anfällt (Wasser, Wärme, Strom und Internet)
