Moin, wir suchen einen Nachmieter in unserer WG in Rostock-Groß Klein, wir sind zwei Jungs im Alter von 24 und 35. Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich gut angebunden zur S-Bahn Haltestelle Lichtenhagen und auch bis nach Warnemünde sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur 5-10min.
Zur Verfügung stehen eine Küche Badezimmer inklusive Badewanne, Waschmaschine direkt in der Wohnung und ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten.
Da wir beide in der Seefahrt beruflich tätig sind, wird die Wohnung nicht dauerhaft genutzt, steht also auch mal leer für paar Wochen.
