Hallo liebe Leute,
aufgrund eines Praktikums biete ich mein tolles, möbliertes Zimmer für 3 Monate zur Zwischenmiete an.
Wir (Kathi, Inga und ich) wohnen in einer tollen, großen Altbau-Wohnung in der Nähe vom Lindenpark. Die Lage ist wunderbar zentral: zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt oder in der Uni. Bus, Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch um die Ecke. Sogar zwei Clubs sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Mein Zimmer ist 17 Quadratmeter groß, hell und bekommt dank der Südlage auch eine angenehme Portion Sonne ab (keine Sorge, ich habe auch Rollos). Da mein Fenster zu unserem Innehof rausgeht, ist es nachts ruhig. Dachboden, Keller und Fahrradkeller ist auch vorhanden. Nette Nachbarn und Mitbewohner inklusive :)
