Schönes Zimmer nach Osten raus. Es ist sehr ruhig, da das Zimmer zu einem großen Innenhof liegt, genauso wie der Balkon. Das Zimmer hat Laminat und wirkt sehr geräumig durch die schönen hohen Decken.
Liegt an der kleinen Hansastraße, die 400m vom Ulmencampus entfernt liegt. Auch der Weg zur Uni- Klinik beträgt nur 7 min zu Fuß. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in direkter Nähe (6min zu Fuß), perfekt dafür ist das Neptun-Einkaufscenter welches Supermärkte, Apotheke, Imbis, Drogerie usw. enthält. Weiterhin liegt die Wohnung in einem Dreieck von drei Haltstellen so das man jeder Zeit zügig zu dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt.
Ich bin 22 Jahre alt und studiere Medizin. Ich stell mir eine lockeres, humorvolles Miteinander vor. Mir ist aber auch wichtig das man mal seine Ruhe hat und in den heißen Phasen auch so gut lernen kann. Sauberkeit ist auch wichtig und es ist jetzt keine Party wg. Sonst kann man gerne mal zusammen Sport machen kochen oder im Sommer auf dem Balkon entspannen und man tauscht sich über seine Profs aus oder die Arbeit.
