Wichtige Info vorab: Uns ist es sehr wichtig, dass sich alle Menschen in der WG wohlfühlen. Da wir aktuell mehr cis-männliche Mitbewohner als FINTA im Haus haben, aber großen Wert auf ein ausgewogenes Verhältnis zwischen den geschlechtlichen Identitäten legen, ist das Zimmer ausschließlich für Frauen, intergeschlechtliche, nonbinäre, transgeschlechtliche und a-gender ausgeschrieben. Please respect. <3
Das Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss mit direkter Tür in den Garten und Anbindung an den großen gemeinsamen Wohnbereich. Es ist das kleinste bewohnte Zimmer im Haus, dafür aber auch das günstigste.
Zu den Haken:
- Die Größe. 11 Quadratmeter sind nicht viel, aber immerhin ist es mit 2.80m x 3,95 sehr komfortabel geschnitten.
- Keine fest eingebaute Heizung. Da das Zimmer ursprünglich mal durch eine Trockenbauwand von einem anderen Zimmer abgetrennt wurde, hat es leider keine eigene Heizung. Damit es trotzdem kuschelig warm bleibt, steht im Zimmer eine elektrische Infrarotheizung, die selbstverständlich übernommen werden kann.
- Keine Deckenlampe. Mit anderen Lampen ist es trotzdem sehr gemütlich. :)
- Geräusche. Wie bereits beschrieben, ist das Zimmer durch eine Trockenbauwand vom Wohnzimmer getrennt. Dort steht auch ein Tischkicker. Dementsprechend viel bekommst du von dort mit.
Jetzt zu den Vorteilen:
+ Das Fenster. Das Zimmer hat eine schmale, aber bodentiefe Fenstertür und damit einen DIREKTEN Zugang zum schönen Garten.
+ Der Preis. Es ist aufgrund der Nachteile im Preis runtergerechnet und damit das günstigste Zimmer im ganzen Haus. Im Vergleich zum Mietspiegel ist es sowieso unschlagbar.
+ Die WG. Not gonna lie: Das Zimmer ist aus Gründen sehr günstig. Das beste Argument dafür hat aber nichts mit dem Zimmer an sich zu tun, sondern ist ein Leben in der WaldemarWG. Wir mögen die größte WG der Stadt sein, pflegen aber ein sehr familiäres und enges Verhältnis zueinander. Mehr dazu im Block zum Zusammenleben. :)

Important information first: It’s very important for us that everyone in the house feels well with groupdynamics. For that we take it seriously to have a balance between gender identities. Since there’s a majority of cis-male roomies right now the offered room is free for women, intersex, non-binary, transgender and a-gender only. Please respect. <3
The room is on the ground floor with a direct door into the garden and connection to the large shared living area. It is the smallest inhabited room in the house, but also the cheapest.
About the disadvantages:
- The size. 11 square meters isn't much, but at least it's a very comfortable size at 2.80m x 3.95m.
- No permanently installed heating. Since the room was originally separated from another room by a drywall, it unfortunately does not have its own heating. To ensure that it stays cozy and warm, there is an electric infrared heater, which of course stays in the room.
- No ceiling lamp. With other lamps it is still very comfortable. :)
- Sounds. As already described, the room is separated from the living room by a drywall. There is also a foosball table there. So that's that regarding background noise.
Now to the benefits:
+ The window. The room has a narrow but floor-to-ceiling window door and therefore DIRECT access to the beautiful garden.
+ The price. Due to the disadvantages, the price has been reduced and is therefore the cheapest room in the entire house. In comparison to the rent index it is unbeatable anyway.
+ The shared apartment. Not gonna lie: The room is very cheap for reasons. The best argument for this has nothing to do with the room itself, but rather is living in the Waldemar shared apartment. We may be the largest shared apartment in the city, but we have a very familiar and close relationship with each other. More on this in the tab on living together. :)

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Hinterhof zwischen Waldemar- und Ulmenstraße. Sowohl die Haltestelle Parkstraße als auch am Kabutzenhof sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Campus Ulmenstraße ist in Sichtweite.

The house is located in a quiet backyard between Waldemarstrasse and Ulmenstrasse. Both the Parkstraße and Kabutzenhof stops can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The Ulmenstrasse campus is within line of sight.

Wir sind 13 kunterbunte Menschen, ein gurkenliebender Kater in Achtsamkeit füreinander und für das Haus. Manche sind berufstätig, andere studieren, sind freischaffende Künstler*innen oder auch alles und nichts von dem.
Wir haben zwar einen Putzplan, aber grundsätzlich gilt bei uns, dass wir uns auch gegenseitig bei unseren Aufgaben unterstützen. In unseren monatlichen Plena versuchen wir, unser Zusammenleben zu organisieren.
Weil wir ganz vielfältige und unterschiedliche Menschen sind, ist es uns wichtig, uns gegenseitig Raum zu geben, sodass sich jede Person so entfalten und leben kann, wie sie es für sich will.
Gleichzeitig wünschen wir uns, dass bei der eigenen Entfaltung die Eigenarten und Bedürfnisse der anderen respektiert werden.
Neben dem Garten ist auch die Küche ein wichtiger Ort des Zusammenlebens. Daher noch ein paar Worte dazu. Wir haben eine gemeinsame Essenskasse, manche kaufen gern im Supermarkt, andere bei biofrisch oder im Mitgliederladen. Wir unterstützen die Bunten Höfe. Aber auch foodsharing und containern sind uns wichtig, um Essen vor dem Müll zu bewahren. Manche kochen für sich, einige aber auch für viele. Wenn wir für alle kochen, dann ist veganes Essen cool, damit alle mitessen können.
Das Haus hat insgesamt 4 Badezimmer. Dein angrenzendes Badezimmer würdest du dir mit 3 anderen Mitbewohnis teilen.

We are 14 people (19 - 43 years old) and a rebellious cat who occasionally tries to steal our cucumbers from the kitchen. Some are employed, others are studying, are freelance artists or even everything and none of the above. In addition, there are always guests who enlighten us with their company.
Some of us cook passionately, some are juggling for hours in the garden, playing on the piano in the living room and others are building or planting beautiful things in the garden. Some work, some study, others are searching.
We like to spend our time together and it is important to us to share our lifes with each other (no purpose community). We always try to care and look out for one another. We do have a cleaning-schedule, but generally we help and support each other with our tasks. There are monthly plena, in which we try to organize ourselves, preferably without hierarchy and with grassroots democracy.
Because we are quite diverse and different, it is important for us to give each other space so that each person can unfold and live as they want.
At the same time, we wish that in our own development the respect for the peculiarities and needs of the others is always to be considered. In addition to the garden, the kitchen is an important place for living together. Therefore, a few more words. We have a common cashbox for food, some like to buy in the supermarket, others at biofrisch. We support the “Bunte Höfe”. But also foodsharing and ”containern” are important to us to keep food from becoming garbage. Some cook for themselves, some also for many. If we cook for everyone, then vegan food is cool so everyone can eat.
