- Condition: all clean & functional, with fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher!)

- Green garden for shared use: perfect for barbecues or a bit of nature in the middle of the city. Who this is not enough has the Lindenpark right in front of the front door

- Smoking is allowed on the terrace

- Good connection to university and city center, supermarkets & public transport in close proximity (3min to foot)

- Very dear neighbors in a mixed house: WGs, young couple, professional and family.

- Grüner Garten zur Mitnutzung: perfekt für Grillabende oder ein bisschen Natur mitten in der Stadt. Wem das nicht genug ist, der hat den Lindenpark auch direkt vor der Haustür

- Rauchen ist auf der Terrasse erlaubt

- Gute Anbindung zur Uni und Innenstadt, Supermärkte & ÖPNV in direkter Nähe (3min zu fuß)

- Sehr liebe Nachbarn in einem gemischten Haus: WGs, junges Päärchen, Berufstätige und Familie.

We are a 4th WG and currently consist of a philosopher and historian, an environmental engineer and a medical student. Our everyday life is often quite different, but that's exactly what makes it exciting – from the "deep-green" kitchen talk (Zombieapokalypse Survival Strategy to Politics) to the spontaneous evening of the game. 🎲📽️

We are not party-WG, but we like to spend time with each other – be it with common grilling on the terrace, a cozy movie evening or simply with a snuck in the kitchen. 🧀🍷

So that living together works well, all responsibility in the household – whether to bring waste out, clean bath or make purchases, we share the tasks fairly and openly talk about it when something is not exactly what it should be.

We wish someone who is not only looking for a room, but is looking for a friendly WG, is open for joint evenings and would like to become part of a small, relaxed community - where it is just as okay to have his room door or even open.

Wir sind eine 4er-WG und bestehen aktuell aus einem Philosophen und Geschichtler, einer Umweltingenieurin und einer Medizinstudentin. Unser Alltag ist oft recht unterschiedlich, aber genau das macht es spannend – vom "tiefgründigen" Küchengespräch (Zombieapokalypse Survival Strategie bis Politik) bis zum spontanen Spieleabend ist bei uns alles dabei. 🎲📽️

Wir sind keine Party-WG, aber wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander – sei es beim gemeinsamen Grillen auf der Terrasse, einem gemütlichen Filmabend oder einfach beim Quatschen in der Küche. 🧀🍷

Damit das Zusammenleben gut funktioniert, übernehmen alle Verantwortung im Haushalt – ob Müll rausbringen, Bad putzen oder Einkäufe erledigen, wir teilen die Aufgaben fair auf und sprechen offen drüber, wenn etwas gerade nicht so läuft wie es sollte.

Wir wünschen uns jemanden, der nicht nur ein Zimmer sucht, sondern Lust auf eine freundschaftliche WG hat, offen für gemeinsame Abende ist und gerne Teil einer kleinen, entspannten Gemeinschaft werden möchte - Wo es genauso okay ist, seine Zimmertür mal zu zu haben, oder auch offen.

WG is furnished with everything important (kitchen, washing machine etc.). Every roommate has his own rental contract and there is no main renter.

WG ist möbliert mit allem Wichtigen (Küche, Waschmaschine etc.). Jeder Mitbewohner hat seinen eigenen Mietvertrag und es gibt somit keinen Hauptmieter.
