Hallo!
Ich bin eine Lehramtsstudentin im 7. Semester und habe, da meine Mitbewohnerin zur Zeit im Ausland ist, ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete anzubieten. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, hell und ruhig gelegen (zum Hof raus). Die Miete beträgt 264€ (warm, inklusive Strom, Internet, Telefon)
Kurz was zur Wohnung:
Es ist eine Dreizimmerwohnung. Neben den beiden "Privatzimmern" haben wir also auch noch ein kleines Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer. Mit Küche, Bad und Flur kommt man dann auf 58qm.
Ideal ist die Anbindung zur Straßenbahn (Linie 1,4,5) und zur S-Bahn (Parkstraße). Beide sind mit innerhalb von 5 bzw. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zudem kommt man in 5 Minuten auch zum Neptuncenter (Edeka, Rossmann, Aldi, AsiaImbis...) und der Campus Ulmenstraße ist auch direkt um die Ecke.
Was noch wichtig ist: Ich möchte keine Zweck-WG! Es lebt sich doch viel besser, wenn man auch miteinander reden kann und vielleicht auch mal was zusammen unternimmt.
Achja, das HansaFimlpalastKino ist nebenan. Das kann auch sehr praktisch sein, wenn aus TV-Abenden mal nichts wird :-)
