Suche neue(n) Mitbewohner/in für mein 13m² großes Zimmer. Es besitzt ein großes Fenster welches das Zimmer hell erscheinen lässt und hohe Wände die ideal für ein Hochbett wären. Die Wohnung ist in zentraler Lage, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür und der Hauptbahnhof ist 8 min entfernt. Der Doberaner Platz ist bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen (10 min), wodurch sich auch diverse Einkaufmöglichkeiten ergeben. Ein Penny ist auch in der Nähe. Wir haben eine Einbauküche mit 2 Kühlschränken, Mikrowelle. In der Wohnung befindet sich ein Gästeklo und ein Bad mit 2 Waschbecken, Klo, Dusche und Badewanne.
Die Gesamtmiete enthält alles, auch Internet.
