Moin,
da ich mit meinem Freund zusammenziehe, wird mein Zimmer ab Mitte Dezember frei.
Es liegt zentral in der KTV, mit absolut guter Verkehrsanbindung (Straßenbahnstation vor der Haustür) und liegt dabei sehr ruhig (weil "nach hinten raus").
Meine beiden Mitbewohner sind liebe, nette kommunikative Menschen, die gerne auch mal was gemeinsam machen und absolut unkomliziert sind.
Eiaufsmöglichkeiten, der Hafen, und die übrigen Annehmlichkeiten der KTV sind alle zu Fuß problemlos erreichbar. Hinzu kommt eine klasse Hausgemeinschaft, wo man sich gerne mal mit einem Ei oder ähnlichem aushilft und eine liebe Vermieterin.
