Hei,
ich bin Daniel (24) und suche einen Nachmieter für meine Mitbewohnerin. Das Zimmer ist recht klein, etwa 12 qm und kostet insgesamt 239 euro im Monat mit Internet und allem. Die Kaution beträgt 300 euro und Haustiere sind leider in dem Haus nicht direkt erlaubt, aber dafür ist die Wohnung mit (offiziell) 42 qm auch zu klein, dafür aber hat sie einen WG-tauglichen Schnitt und einen Balkon.
WICHTIG: Der Einzug ist auch früher möglich, nämlich so ab 15.5. sogar :)
