Die Wohnung besitzt eine große Küche mit EBK, Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und Fenster und ein großes Wohnzimmer(15qm), welches als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt wird.
Das Zimmer hat 15qm, ist gut geschnitten und hell.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen (Uni-Ulmenstrasse, 2min zu Fuß)
Die Wohnung hat eine gute Strassenbahnanbindung und S-Bahnanbindung (Massmannstr./Parkstr.-15/20min. nach Warnemünde!) und es sind gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden (Neptun-Center - Aldi, Edeka, Rossmann)
Ausserdem ist das Hansa-Kino direkt nebenan und der Stadthafen ist 500Meter entfernt!
Im Sommer zum Grillen also ideal!
