wir (Alex 28 und Robert 26) sind auf der Suche nach einem netten Nachmieter in unserer WG in der KTV. Die Wohnung ist 93qm groß, hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche inklusive Geschirrspülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine im HWR, ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und einen geräumigen Flur und ist lediglich 2 min vom Ulmencampus entfernt. Bäcker und zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem hat die WG ein Keller und einen Garten zur Mitbenutzung.
Das Zimmer ist quadratisch geschnitten und ist 16qm groß. Die Miete beläuft sich auf 276,- Euro komplett (inbegriffen sind sämtliche (!) Nebenkosten inklusive Strom und Internet).
