Ab dem 01.09.2014 wird ein schönes großes Zimmer mit 19,35qm zum Innenhof liegend frei.
Das Zimmer hat einen Dielenfußboden, Fernsehanschluß (Kabel) und zwei große Fenster.
Zum Rest der Wohnung:
Das Wohnzimmer ist voll möbiliert, Küche mit Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden, nur im Bad fehlt demnächst eine Waschmaschine, wenn du also eine hast, dann wäre das vorteilhaft.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 2min vom Saarplatz und 5min von der S-Bahn Haltestelle Parkstraße entfernt.
Sie befindet sich außerdem in Uni-Nähe und der nächste Spät-Verkauf ist auch nur ein Katzensprung entfernt.
Was soll ich sagen? Es ist öfter was los und es wird nie langweilig.
Ich arbeite in Früh- und Spätschichten, sodass du auch zeitweise deine Ruhe vor mir hast ;)
