Es handelt sich um eine Studenten-WG mitten in der KTV. Die Whg. erstreckt sich über mehrere Etagen, Dein Zimmer läge im 2.OG. Gemeinsame Küche - gut ausgestattet, Bad mit Fliesen und Duschwanne, nutzbarer Keller. Treppenhaus und alle WG-Zimmer incl. Küche sind mit Holzdielen in gutem Zustand ausgestattet.
Als ich dort wohnte, sagten alle, die das Zimmer zum ersten mal sahen: "wow - echt schön... und viel platz..." das zimmer hat durch den Holzdielenboden und weitere Holzelemente eine trotz der Größe gemütliche Atmosphäre. Mitbewohner sind umgänglich und nett.
