Da ich ausziehe, wird mein Zimmer in der KTV frei. Die WG befindet sich in der Klosterbachstraße und ist sehr nah an der Haltestelle Volkstheater. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Penny und Edeka sind um die Ecke und zum Ulmencampus fährt man nur 5 min mit dem Fahrrad.
Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster und liegt zur sehr ruhigen Straße raus.
Bei Interesse könnt ihr euch auch gern direkt auf englisch bei Ana melden,da sie in der Wohnung bleibt.
The free room is about 19 sqm in size and has a big window that let in a lot of light in and that is facing a very quiet street.
You will share the kitchen, the bathroom and a nice balcony to the garden with the two other housemates: Ana is from argentina, she is a biologist and works in a company and a second roomate. The kitchen opens to the nice balcony and is equipped with everything you may need. Also, there's brand new washing machine, fridge with freezer and a vaccum cleaner.
The bathroom has a bathtub with shower.

Da Paul und ich ausziehen, teilst du dir die WG mit Ana und einer weiteren neuen Person. Ana kommt aus Argentinien und arbeitet in einem Labor. Sie lernt momentan Deutsch und spricht sehr gutes Englisch. Das Zusammenleben mit ihr ist super entspannt. Von der Küche geht ein großer Balkon ab, der im Sommer sehr sonnig ist und zum Entspannen einlädt. In der Küche findest du alles, was man braucht. Die Waschmaschine, Balkonmöbel und Staubsauger wurden letztes Jahr erst gekauft, daher würde ich dafür gern einen kleinen Abschlag nehmen.

Location
The apartment is located in the KTV, one of the main Rostock districts. In just three minutes you reach the tram station "Volkstheater". There are tram lines 1, 2 and 5.
Nearby there are all kinds of supermarkets like Penny, Edeka and LIDL. Pubs and restaurants. The city center is only 5 minutes by bike.
The most important:
5 minutes by bike to the Ulmencampus and about 10 minutes to the Südstadtcampus.
