Dein Zimmer hätte 13,5 qm. Da es auf der Südseite ist, ist es recht hell. Die Miete beträgt zurzeit 276 EUR. Mein Mitbewohner ist bereits ausgezogen. Keine Sorge nicht im Streit. Das Zimmer ist bereits leer und bezugsfertig Die Küche ist bis auf eine Spülmaschine voll ausgestattet. Das Bad hat leider nur eine Dusche.
Your room gots 13,5 qm. It's on the southside of our flat. It gots a big window. You have to pay 276,- Euro for everything. The cellar is big. So it is possible to put your bike into the cellar. My flatemate will leave our flate End of february. Because I have to work the day or being in our library it's the best you call me after 19:00 o'clock.
Die Wohnung liegt am Westende der KTV (Studentenviertel). Also ist das Nachleben nicht ganz so weit weg. Auch zur Uni oder den Öffis und Supermärkten ist der Weg nicht weit. Die Uni ist mit dem Fahrrad je nach Fakultät zwischen 5-15 Minuten entfernt.
The flat is in the western Part of the KTV (district of stutents). So it's close to some bars and clubs. There is one more flat of students upstairs.
By using your bike you need 5 min to the faculty of economy and politics or in the faculty of medical sciences, 10 min to the faculty of natural or philosophical sciences,
We got perfect options to talk for public transport. So our flat is next to the station Holbeinplatz.
Ich denke ich bin ziemlich umgänglich. Mein größtes Manko ist, glaub ich, meine kommunikative aber auch direkte Art (Brandenburger ;)). Ich bin Mitglied der Grünen und ziemlich politikinteressiert. Zurzeit ernähre ich mich hauptsächlich vegetarisch. Alkohol trinke ich so gut wie nie und wenn dann Wein oder selbstgemachte Cocktails. Ich selbst studieren Sonderpädagogik und habe vor im nächsten Jahr endlich meinen Abschluss zu machen. Das Internet teilen wir uns noch mit den Zwischenmietern meiner norwegischen Nachbarin Caroline.
Aufgrund einer Tierhaarallergie unseres Vermieters ist die Haltung von Tiere nicht gestattet. Auch das Rauchen ist in der WG nicht erlaubt.
I'm a open minded and talk a lot so i'm not really typical guy from Mecklenburg :). For myself I really do not drink much of alcohol. If i drink then it is wine or self-made caipirinha. I even do not eat that much meat. I'm a flexitarian and live most of the time as an vegetarian. I'm studying special education and working in a callcenter for technical support of o2. And really hope that i will finish my study in the next three semester. I'm interested in politics and a member of the Greenparty. So i'm really happy if you are interested in politics too. At the moment share the DSL with our neighbour upstairs.
It's not allowed to smoke or getting any kind of pets in our flat.
An sich kannst du die Wohnung an jedem Tag besichtigen. Ich muss lediglich viermal in der Woche jeweils zur Arbeit und bin am Wochenende für gewöhnlich als Schiedsrichter auf den Fußballplätzen der Umgebung unterwegs. Also schreib mich einfach auf den typischen Wegen an.
You can visit the flat nearly all the time. Usually I'm working in the evening. On Weekend I'm mostly referee of soccer games. So if you want to visit, just call my, send me a Massage.
