I am leaving my studentenwerk 16 m2 room with 2 windows that can be seen from the photos attached. Room is bright and the view outside the windows is good. Room is fully furnished. I am leaving the room on 15th January 2022.
Right now the room is available until 31st March 2022 but if a students wants to get the room for long term then this is also possible as you can get contract directly from studentenwerk.
Location is very good as the room is in the heart of the city. You can reach Rostock Hbf by walk in around 7 minutes, nearest tram station "Paulstraße" is around 3 minutes away from here. Edeka, Apotheke and Restuarants are also nearby. Neuer markt is also 7 minutes from here by walk.
This is on the 3rd floor, there are multiple rooms in this floor shared by boys and girls. Girls and boys washrooms are separate. Girls washrooms are accessed by a special key which is only girls have, in order to maintain safety for girls. Cleaning lady comes from Monday to Friday and cleans kitchen and bathroom. So you don't need to worry about the cleaning of kitchen and bathroom. You need to clean your room yourself. All the students living on this floor are nice and cooperative and maintain a healthy atmosphere.
If you are a student you will be given preference. Gender doesn't matter. Room can be seen on video call or inperson as well.
