Nachmieter*in gesucht für ein helles, gemütliches WG-Zimmer mit hoher Decke und großem Fenster.
Das Zimmer ist schön hell (Südseite) und auch zur kalten Jahreszeit warm, weil die Heizungsrohre durchs Zimmer laufen. Es hat eine hohe Decke, weshalb sich der Platz mit einem Hochbett gut ausnutzen lässt und Raum für eine gemütliche Sitzecke lässt.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, das Zimmer teilmöbliert zu übernehmen (Hochbett, Kleiderschrank, Vorhänge, Kallax-Regal, Kleiderkorb, Stuhl unter dem Bett, Matratze) gegen eine Ablösesumme.
Die WG ist perfekt gelegen - sowohl für Uni, den Alltag als auch Unternehmungen. Sie liegt direkt in der KTV, dem Studentenviertel , nahe dem Hansaviertel.
Der Ulmencampus inkl. Mensa ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß in der Querstraße daneben, also optimal gelegen.
Direkt beim Campus, 10-12 Minuten zu Fuß von der WG, liegt die S-Bahn-Stelle Parkstraße mit Anschluss nach Warnemünde und zum Hbf. Die Tramhaltestelle Kabutzenhof ist 5 Minuten weg in die andere Richtung.
Zwei Straßen weiter gibt es einen Supermarkt (Netto) und 10-15 Minuten entfernt ist das Neptun-Einkaufscenter (Edeka, Aldi, Rossmann).
In der Straße gibt es einige Bars, von denen man geräuschmäßig aber recht wenig mitbekommt.
Der Stadthafen mit Bars und Restaurants ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt die Straße einmal runter.
Mit dem Rad ist man auch in 10-15 Minuten in der Innenstadt, oder mit der Tram.
Wie in den Fotos zu sehen, bietet das Zimmer Ausblick auf einen kleinen "Park" (mit vielen Gassigängern) und auf die Uni-Blutspende. Außerdem sind zwei Schulen in der Nähe.
Dein neuer Mitbewohner wird Patrick sein: 30, viel unterwegs, Kaffetrinker und regelmäßig am Instrument (Gitarre) üben^^
Da sich die WG neu zusammenstellt, ist das zweite Zimmer noch unbelegt.
Idealerweise beschreibst du dich als akademisch, mit einem aktiven Lebensstil, gesellig, politisch zentral verortet.
Eine gewisse Sauberkeit sollte selbstverständlich sein.

A quick explanation of German WG search:
In shared flats in Germany, people usually look for someone who fits to their character and to the WG. This means that for most WGs you need to "apply" because there are a lot of applicants. Usually, the WGs require a self introduction to see if you might fit (age, where you're from, study field/ work, interests, hobbies, how you imagine a good WG life, ...). If they think you might fit, they invite some applicants to visit the WG and get to know them before they choose. (Nonetheless you don't need a CV! :) It's informal, even though it's called "application".)
