Our 2-room apartment with 63m2 is located on the 3rd floor and is additionally equipped with a beautiful south-east balcony, which projects into the green backyard. In addition to a bicycle cellar, laundry room and garden we share with our neighbours, we have our own approx. 5m2 large basement compartment.
Kitchen and bathroom (shower and separate bathtub) are fully equipped and connected to the other rooms via a hallway (see floor plan).

In dem größeren Zimmer sind Schränke, Schreibtisch, Bett und Couch, die auf Wunsch genutzt werden können.
Das kleinere Zimmer ist unmöbliert.
In dem Grundriss ist noch ein weiteres Zimmer zu sehen, welches nicht genutzt und als Zwischenlager verwendet wird.
