Das Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß hat 5 Fenster über eine Ecke und wirkt dadurch größer und ist sehr hell. Es könnte möbliert/ teilmöbliert übernommen werden und ist ab ca. 20.01.2016 frei. Über Abschlagszahlungen kann verhandelt werden.
Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 ca. 15 qm-16 qm (annähernd gleichgroße) Zimmer, ein 20 qm großes Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad mit Fenster und ist insgesamt knappe 90m2 groß.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral zwischen KTV und Hansaviertel, somit ist man nur 5 Gehminuten von Uniklinikum und Ulmencampus entfernt.
Sky und Aldi sind ebenfalls fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Da die Wohnung quasi auf halbem Weg zwischen Parkstraße und Holbeinplatz liegt hat man es auch nicht weit um irgendwoanders mit Straßen- und S-Bahn hinzukommen.
Du würdest zwei Mitbewohner haben, die du gern persönlich kennenlernen könntest :)
