ich suche zum 1.11. eine/n Nachmieter/in für ein WG Zimmer, da meine Mitbewohnerin sich nach bereits 1 Woche studieren dazu entschieden hat es doch nicht zu tun. Wir haben die Wohnung frisch bezogen und haben vom Vormieter Küchen und Wohnzimmer einrichtung übernommen. Wir haben dafür 2500€ bezahlt und da es wirklich erst frisch übernommen ist, müsstest du als neuer Mitmieter die Hälfte (1250€) übernehmen.
Die Miete kostet 260€ Warm + Internet&Strom von ca 30-40€.
Wir haben ein sehr schönes großes Wohnzimmer mit Einrichtung. DSL 30000 und Festnetzflat von Kabel Deutschland. Wenn du interesse hast, melde dich per Telefon oder E-Mail.
Ich selbst bin 20, männlich und im ersten Semester Physik Student.
