Ich suche eine liebe Mitbewohnerin für meine 90m² große Souterain-Wohnung.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und befindet sich im hinteren Teil des Hauses mit Blick in den Innenhof. Das Zimmer ist ca. 13m² groß.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, einem möblierten Wohnzimmer,einer ausgestatteten Küche, einem WC, einem Bad mit Dusche und einem Hauswirtschaftsraum. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, mit hohen Decken und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, der im Innenhof liegt.
Das Wohnhaus besteht aus drei Wohnung und liegt in bester Lage. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in einem 5min-Radius zu erreichen und in die Kröpeliner Straße, mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, sind es zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten.
