im Haus sind drei WGs. Die Wohnung ist mit Bad, Küche und Flur ausgestattet, Gesamtgröße ca. 80 qm. Der Mietanteil des angebotenen Zimmers beträgt insgesamt ca. 32 qm.
Das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten, ca. 4 x 5 m, und verfügt über eine beeindruckend hohe Deckenhöhe, min. 3,7 m. Der Raum bietet sich an für den Einbau eins größeren Hochbettes. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert.
Es gibt ein großes Doppelfenster nach Süden, sehr hell unf freundlich. Die Anliegerstraße ist wenig befahren.
Das Haus liegt auf der Nordseite der Koch-Gotha-Straße in einer ruhigen und gediegenen Wohngegend. Die Anbindung an die Innenstadt und Universität ist ideal, selbst zu Fuß kaum mehr als 15 Minuten. Der Hauptbahnhof ist keine 500 m entfernt, deshalb auch beste Anbindung an Straßenbahn und Fernverkehr (Flixbus, Bahn).
Die WG ist zur Zeit von Studenten bewohnt, mit 1W und 2 M, 1M gibt sein Zimmer nächstmöglich auf, deshalb Einzug zum 1. Mai möglich. Die anderen WGs sind ebenfalls mit Studenten bewohnt, oben 4 und unten 3.
