Ein helles Zimmer, zur recht ruhigen Paulstraße gelegen. Der Dielenboden ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr hohe Decke mit ein bisschen Stuck.
Vorhanden sind ein Schreibtisch und Stühle (leider kein Schreibtischstuhl), eine große Matratze, eine Stehlampe. Wir können zusammen gucken, wie wir dein Zimmer noch ein bisschen gemütlicher machen können, wenn du willst :)
A bright room facing the relatively quiet street (Paulstraße). The plank floor is a bit old but the ceiling is very high and has a bit of stucco. We will equip the room with a desk and provide chairs (unfortunately we don't have a proper desk chair), a big mattress and a floor lamp. We can look together whether we can find some other stuff to make the room more comfortable for you, if needed.
Zu Fuß: 1 min zum Bäcker, 5 zum Supermarkt (Edeka, Penny) oder in den nächsten Park, 7 min zum Hauptbahnhof, in 10 min in die Rostocker Haupteinkaufsmeile Kröpeliner Straße
Mit dem Rad: 5 min zum Doberaner Platz und 10 min zum Stadthafen
By foot: 1 min to the next bakery, 5 to the next supermarket or the next park, 7 min to the main train station, 10 min to the main shopping district.
Wir sind drei aufgeschlossene, hilfsbereite Leute, die sich ab und an zum schnacken in der Küche treffen.
Three open minded people who like to have a chat in the kitchen from time to time and like to help out if needed.
Weil das ganze Haus dann kernsaniert wird, muss die WG bis spätestens November ausgezogen sein. Weil wir aktuellen BewohnerInnen selbst nicht wissen, wann jede/r eine neue Bleibe gefunden hat, können wir das Zimmer leider nur monatsweise vermieten und dann ggf. verlängern.

The whole house is to be renovated, so everybody has to move out until the end of November. As we don't know until when everybody in our shared flat will have found something new elsewhere, we can only subrent the room for a month and will only now in the short term if an extension is possible.
