Es handelt sich um eine 3-Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon. Das verfügbare WG-Zimmer ist voll möbeliert, dazu gehören Bett, Schreibtisch und Kommode. Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Die Rostocker Südstadt ist eher ruhig und trotzdem sehr gut angebunden. Bis zur nächsten Bahnstation sind es ca. 7 Minuten, zum Hauptbahnhof etwa 10 Minuten. Mehrere Supermärkte liegen in einem 5 Minuten Radius von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Stadtteil bietet einige schöne Parks und andere Naturflächen.

In der WG wird im Mietzeitraum eine weitere Mitbewohnerin leben. Auch der Nachbar gehört mit zur Wohnungsausstattung, daher wird es nur selten langweilig. Für einen Tee oder Kaffee auf dem Balkon sind die Lehramtsstudierenden immer zu haben, das Gleiche gilt für das gemeinsame Kochen oder Filmabende.

Was die neue Mitbewohnerin mitbringen sollte:
- bitte keine oder nur wenige Möbel (das Zimmer ist recht voll und die Wohnung fertig eingerichtet)
- ein wachsames Auge für wasserbedürftige Pflanzen (davon gibt es ein paar..)
- eine freundliche, offene und ehrliche Art!
