Das Zimmer hat Nordlage mit Blick auf die breite Wiese zwischen den Gebäuden. Auch wenn das Zimmer selbst verhältnismäßig klein ist, steht ein großes Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. Dort ist auch weiterer Platz für Schränke o. ä. Das Zimmer wird zum Bezug komplett leer sein und es wird auch eine neue Lampe benötigt. Somit ist freier Platz zum entfalten.
Die Wohnung ist eher ruhig gelegen. Der Kringelgrabenpark ist direkt nebenan. Die Straßenbahn ist 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und der Bahnhof mit der Bahn nochmal 7. Obwohl die Lage eher am Rand von Rostock ist, ist man in 12 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Den Südcampus erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten (je nach Ampelsituation). Der nächste Edeka ist zu Fuß 5 Minuten entfernt und das Südstadt Center mit weiteren Geschäften 10 Minuten.
Ich bin 26 und studiere Lehramt Physik/Informatik. Ich bin allgemein sehr entspannt. Bisher war mein WG Leben immer unkompliziert und es gab keine Konflikte. Wenn mal irgendetwas sein sollte, kann man das immer ansprechen und problemlos lösen. Ich bin offen wie das WG Leben selbst gestaltet wird. Egal ob persönlicher Raum gewünscht wird, gemeinsames kochen, Brettspiele oder Filmabende.
Es gibt eine Spülmaschine :-)
