Ich ziehe demnächst mit meinem Freund zusammen und suche daher einen Nachmieter für mein möbliertes Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist 17m^2 groß.
Es beinhaltet ein Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch+ Stuhl, eine Couch mit kleinem Couchtisch, einen Fernseher, einen Esstisch mit zwei Stühlen und zwei Regale. Man kann also sehr bequem einziehen.
I am moving in with my boyfriend soon, so I am looking for a new tenant for my furnished room.
The room is 17m^2 in size.
It includes a bed, wardrobe, desk+ chair, a couch with small coffee table, a TV, a dining table with two chairs and two shelves. So you can move in very comfortably.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Südstadtcampus, die Bibliothek ist in fünf Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, und zum Ulmencampus sind es nur 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Der Saarplatz ist in acht Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, so dass die Wohnung auch sehr nah an der KTV (dem beliebten Studentenviertel in Rostock) liegt.
The apartment is right by the Südstadt campus, you can get to the library in five minutes by bike, and it takes only 10 minutes to get to the Ulmencampus by bike. Saarplatz is an eight-minute walk away, so the apartment is also very close to KTV (the popular student district in Rostock).
Derzeit habe ich zwei Mitbewohner, aber einer von ihnen beendet das Studium Ende Januar.
Ihre Mitbewohnerin wäre eine Chemiestudentin (im 3. Jahr des PhD) aus China, wir sprechen also Englisch miteinander. Sie ist eher ruhig und oft beschäftigt, aber man sieht sich ab und zu in der Küche.
In der Wohnung gibt es zwei Toiletten und ein Bad. Man teilt sich also eine Toilette mit einem Mitbewohner, und das Bad mit Dusche wird von allen geteilt.
Das vierte Zimmer steht derzeit leer.
Als Einzugstermin wäre für mich der 01.02.23. am besten, aber Sie können Ihre Sachen ab dem 29.01. selbst hierher bringen.
Currently I have two roommates, but one of them is finishing the studies by end of January.
Your roommate would be one chemistry student (in 3rd year of PhD) from China, so we speak English with each other. She is rather quiet and often busy, but you see each other every now and then in the kitchen.
There are two toilets and one bathroom in the apartment. You would then share a toilet with one roommate, and the bathroom with shower is shared by all.
The fourth room currently empty.
As a move-in date, 1.02.23 would be best for me, but you can move your things here from 29.01 itself.
