Hallo
Ich suche ab sofort eine WG/Wohnung hier im Rostock-KTV. Diese sollte bis Spätestens mitte Februar beziehbar sein.
Da ich gerade eine Umschulung begonnen habe gehe ich von einem langfristigen Mietverhältnis (2 Jahre aus). War bis jetzt Student und habe im Studentenwohnheim Wismar gelebt. Bin mitlerweile Nichtraucher, aber sehr tolerant, da eher der unkomplizierte Typ ;)
Brauche aber unbedingt Inet (schnelle Flatrate)in der Wohnung.
