Female flatshare

I'm coming to Rostock end of August to start my PhD studies at the Max Planck Institute. Hence, the apartment has to be within walking/cycling distance from the Institute. I am looking at all female apartment, and I wish people would be of a similar age to me (26). The flat must come with a parking spot. I would prefer at least partly furnished room (bed+wardrobe), the size should be 10m2 +. I'd hope the contract/rent could start mid August earliest and 31st of August latest. I don't have any issues with animals but I am not comfortable with indoor smoking.
I am sociable and clean person. Outside of work I love being a homey person, watching TV series with a glass of wine under the blanket. When the weather is nice, I hike or bike, or play volleyball.
