Hallöchen, ich (21) und meine 3 Häschen suchen eine nette WG in der KTV.
Allzu hohe Ansprüche haben wir nicht. Das Zimmer sollte nicht sooo klein sein und ein Hofteil zum Auslauf wäre perfekt. Ein großer Balkon tut´s natürlich auch!
Miete max. 220 €, Kaution max. 300 €. Ob m oder w Mitbewohner ist natürlich egal.
Wir sind sauber, unkompliziert und haben ein festes Einkommen.
Lärm machen wir auch nicht, aber wenn Ihr ab und zu mal Party macht ist das absolut kein Problem.
