The apartment is located in the Groß Klein district in the immediate vicinity of IGA Park. Concerts take place on the spacious grounds in summer, but otherwise you can stay there well. In this part of the city there are many building blocks, our apartment is also in such a place. The apartment is very convenient. Most shopping facilities (different supermarkets, bakers, pharmacies etc.) are within a 5-minute walk. By bike you need about 10 min to the next shopping center. The next S-Bahn station (Rostock-Lichtenhagen) and other bus stops can also be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Parking is available directly in front of the house.

In diesem Stadtteil stehen viele Geschosswohnungsbauten, auch unsere Wohnung befindet sich in einer solchen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig. Die meisten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (diverse Supermärkte, Bäcker, Apotheken etc.) sind in unter 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad benötigt man ca. 10 min bis zum nächsten Einkaufszentrum. Die nächste S-Bahnstation (Rostock-Lichtenhagen) und mehere Bushaltestellen sind zu Fuß ebenfalls in rund 10 min erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden.

Im Moment teilen wir uns die Wohnung zu viert. Wir alle studieren im 2. Semester an der Uni Rostock im Master Chemie. Dem entsprechend haben wir einen ähnlichen Tagesablauf. Trotz unserer vollen Terminkalender legen wir alle Wert auf einen friedlichen, sauberen und organisierten Raum. Wir haben in der Vergangenheit gemeinsam Spieleabende und auch zusammen gegessen. Es wäre gut, wenn du für gemeinsame Aktivitäten offen wärst. Aber auch der Rückzug ins eigene Zimmer ist jederzeit möglich.
