We are located in the heart of KTV at the beginning of Friedrichstraße to Doberaner Platz. Shops and bakers are within walking distance of 100m and are available in the largest selection. There is also a regional market on the Dobi several times a week. There are also numerous transport connections, the Dobi is the hub for public transport. Uni and Bib can be reached in 10 minutes by bike. If you have a longing for water, you just have to go down the road for 2 minutes and you are at the city port - short, central it is not.

Wir befinden uns im Herzen der KTV am Beginn der Friedrichstraße zum Doberaner Platz gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker sind fußläufig im Umkreis von 100m zu erreichen und in größter Auswahl vorhanden. Außerdem ist wöchentlich mehrfach ein regionaler Markt auf dem Dobi. Verkehrsanbindung sind ebenso zahlreich vorhanden, der Dobi ist Knotenpunkt für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Uni und Bib sind in 10 min mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Wenn du Sehnsucht nach Wasser hast, musst du nur 2 Minuten die Straße runter und bist am Stadthafen - kurzum, zentraler geht‘s nicht.

Elisa is a psychologist and works in research, Lu is an aerospace informant and works in Warnemünde, if he is not currently in the boulder;)

Both are very sweet people with WG experience, to whom I can express absolute recommendations for living together! The WG life is designed according to needs – at the moment it is usually so that we come together and exchange ourselves in the evening. Joint ventures also happen.

Elisa ist Psychologin und arbeitet in der Forschung, Lu ist Luft- und Raumfahrtinformatiker und arbeitet in Warnemünde, wenn er nicht gerade beim Bouldern ist ;)

Beides sind sehr sweete Menschen mit WG-Erfahrung, denen ich absolute Zusammenwohnempfehlungen aussprechen kann! Das WG-Leben gestaltet sich nach Bedürfnissen – momentan ist es meistens so, dass wir am Abend mal zusammenkommen und uns austauschen. Gemeinsame Unternehmungen kommen auch mal vor.

Here you can find an indefinite main rental ratio in a lovely, adult WG, in the middle of the beautiful Kiez Rostock.

The rent is a bit higher for a WG room, of course, but for me all the advantages of a small apartment (place and possibility of unfolding) have been combined with those of not living alone, and perhaps that is also exactly the combination that appeals to you :)

Some more information that hasn't found any place to date:

There's an approx. 4sqm large, dry basement compartment.

In the yard there are bicycle parking places the access can be closed at night.

The price indicated is the GESAMTMIETE for the room, including all additional costs.

Hier bietet sich dir ein unbefristetes Hauptmietverhältnis in einer lieben, erwachsenen WG, mitten im schönen Kiez Rostocks.

Die Miete ist für ein WG-Zimmer natürlich etwas höher, aber dafür haben sich hier für mich immer alle Vorzüge einer eigenen kleinen Wohnung (Platz und Entfaltungsmöglichkeit) mit denen des eben nicht Alleinewohnens vereint und vielleicht ist das ja auch genau die Kombi, die dich anspricht :)

Noch ein paar weitere Infos, die bisher keinen Platz gefunden haben:

Es gibt noch ein ca. 4qm großes, trockenes Kellerabteil. 

Im Hof gibt es Fahrradabstellplätze der Zugang kann nachts geschlossen werden.

Der angegebene Preis ist die GESAMTMIETE für das Zimmer, inklusive aller Nebenkosten.

Elisa und Lu hätten zwischen dem 2.- und 4.6. so wie am 15.6. Zeit für ein Kennenlernen. Schreibe uns gern ein paar Zeilen über dich und sag Bescheid, wann du Zeit hättest!
