The house is centrally located in Rottenburg am Neckar, just minutes from the bus and train station. From here you can easily reach Tübingen, Stuttgart and the surroundings. Despite the city centre, the entrance is in a quiet side street – ideal for those who appreciate tranquility and short paths. Supermarkets, cafes, pharmacies and many other shops for daily needs are within walking distance.
Das Haus liegt zentral in Rottenburg am Neckar, nur wenige Minuten vom Bus- und Zugbahnhof entfernt. Von hier aus erreichst du bequem Tübingen, Stuttgart und die Umgebung. Trotz der Innenstadtlage befindet sich der Hauseingang in einer ruhigen Seitengasse – ideal für alle, die Ruhe und kurze Wege schätzen. Supermärkte, Cafés, Apotheken und viele weitere Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind fußläufig erreichbar.
In this newly established WG you have the opportunity to build a new, relaxed living together with your roommates. Two male roommates live here between 18 and 28 years. The WG is open to students, trainees or professionals. Whether shared cooking, a loose exchange or rather quiet living – as you want to shape everyday life, you remain left to yourself!

In dieser frisch gegründeten WG hast du die Möglichkeit, gemeinsam mit deinen Mitbewohnern ein neues, entspanntes Zusammenleben aufzubauen. Aktuell wohnen zwei männliche Mitbewohner zwischen 18 und 28 Jahren hier. Die WG ist offen für Studierende, Azubis oder Berufstätige. Ob gemeinsames Kochen, ein lockerer Austausch oder eher ruhiges Wohnen – wie ihr den Alltag gestalten möchtet, bleibt euch selbst überlassen!
Bis auf die Hausordnung geben wir als Hausverwaltung nichts weiter vor :)
The house is supervised by a house administration that ensures order and a functioning infrastructure.
A cleaning power takes care of the stairwell, and a master of the house is available for every week. The deposit is 900€.

Das Haus wird von einer Hausverwaltung betreut, die für Ordnung und eine funktionierende Infrastruktur sorgt.
Eine Reinigungskraft kümmert sich um das Treppenhaus, und ein Hausmeister steht wöchentlich für Anliegen zur Verfügung. Die Kaution beträgt 900€.
